- One of our letting team must have agreed your application either verbally or in writing
- Every person over the age of 18 must complete an application form
- All of our properties are taken as seen; therefore any application will only be accepted from a prospective tenant who has viewed the property. All properties are available for a minimum of six months subject to suitable references
- A property will not be reserved until the holding deposit is paid in full. This holding deposit shall be equivalent to one week rent for the property
- The holding deposit shall be used towards the first month rent on signing the contract with the tenants express written permission
- We will require 2 forms of ID: a valid passport and 1 proof of residency which needs to be either utility bill, mobile telephone bill, council tax bill or a signed and dated letter from your current employer’s human resources department, all of which must be dated within the last 3 months for each applicant. These can be emailed to lettings@oulsnamlettings.net
- If you are not a British Citizen, EEA citizen or a Swiss National then you will need to also send us a visa/residency permit

- I Need to fill out the referencing link emailed to me from Hazelton Mountford when I receive it
- Email over 2 forms of ID including a passport and address ID to lettings@oulsnamlettings.net
I/we understand that I need to do the following two things for the application to be processed:
- I/we confirm that I/we have a right to rent under the Immigration Act 2014
- I/we have viewed the property and understand that the property is let as seen. If there are any works I feel need to be carried out on the property I/we have informed Robert Oulsnam and Company in writing before the Tenancy Application has been submitted. If the property is described as unfurnished, NO furniture will be left in the property unless otherwise stated. If a property is described as part or fully furnished, I am/we are aware what items are being left in the property
- I/we will need to pay one-month rent and a security deposit equivalent to five weeks rent as set out on the date of move in
- I/we understand that I am/we are signing a six-month Tenancy Agreement, unless a longer term has been agreed with the landlord in advance
- I/we understand that just before the end of the initial fixed term I/we will either be contacted by Robert Oulsnam and Company or I/we will contact Robert Oulsnam and Company to confirm if I/we wish to stay in the property. If I/we wish to stay in the property, I/we will await confirmation from the landlord to agree. If I/we wish to vacate the property at the end of the six-month agreement the landlord will be made aware
- I/we agree that if the application forms and guarantor forms are not received by Robert Oulsnam and Company with-in two working days the property will be remarketed
- A Holding deposit equivalent to one week rent, will secure the property for fifteen days once paid in cleared funds
- Should the you pull out at any point then the Holding Deposit shall be forfeited
- Should referencing fail due to false information being supplied by the applicant or the guarantor then Robert Oulsnam and Company shall provide written confirmation as to the reasons for retaining the Holding Deposit and withdrawing the application
- Should the landlord withdraw from the application without due cause then the Holding Deposit will be returned to the you in full
- The Holding Deposit will be used after signing the tenancy agreement towards the first month rent
- I/we consent to my information being passed to our Utility Management Partner, Tenant Shop who will attend to the continuity of your energy and supply service. I/we also consent to Tenant Shop offering me/us the opportunity to sign up to the services of its preferred utility supplier
- By agreeing to the terms outlined, I/we indicate my consent to receiving email, telephone and postal marketing, including text messages from our Utility Management Partner, Tenant Shop
- I/we agree that a representative from Hazelton Mountford insurance will contact me/us to discuss insurance
